We have our own independent Inspection Department, which have a team of
master teachers that control the quality of each painting before shipment.
All the details will be carefully painted and the finished paintings will be exactly

Will the painting look just like it does on the website?

the painting that you have ordered. There may be small subtle differences but each picture
will remain true to the original.

Do you do Commissions ?
We can commission Portraits for yourself, loved-one, family, friends, colleagues,
dogs, cats or any other pet which can make a wonderful and permanent gift.
Portraits can be done from good quality photos.

We are constantly updating our web site and adding new paintings every few days.
Just tell us what you want and we will find it for you.
Do you accept special order?
You can also order other sizes and paintings not listed in our web site.
Just send us a high resolution image with request size, we will give you a quote within 24 hours.
How can I pay?
We accept all credit and debit cards.
Are the paintings delivered framed or unframed?
The paintings are delivered unframed as rolled-up canvases.
This is for 2 reasons:
1. The choice of frame for your painting depends not only on the painting
(colours, size etc), but also on the décor of the room in which it will be displayed,
and so is very much a matter of individual choice.
2. If we framed the oil painting for you, its price would increase significantly
due to much higher shipping costs.
We recommend that you take your painting to be framed at a local picture-framing shop.
You are much more likely to get the exact frame that you want and it will be cheaper for you.
How will my order be shipped?
All items are shipped rolled in high-strength shipping tubes.
Prior to packaging, the item(s) will be rolled in light plastic.
How do I order?
1)To make an order simply go to our catalogues to find the painting of your choice
or alternatively you can use the search function found on the top left of each page on the site.
2)Once you are on the painting detail page you will be able to see all the details
regarding the painting of interest.
3)Select your desired items and click on the buy button to add this to your order cart.
4)Every time you add a product to your order, you can opt to check out or if you wish to continue browsing.
5)Once you have made your choice simply click on the order cart (top right)
and than on the confirm button.
Follow the confirming steps and you will be taken to a secure server to complete your payment.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed once payment has been sanctioned.
All paintings are done to commission and you should receive your painting
in about 15-21 BUSINESS days AFTER we receive your payment
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your painting,
you have 2 days to contact us make us aware of the issue, return the painting and
we will reimburse you for the full amount, less shipping costs.
You may also exchange any item for another piece.
Will I have to pay customs duty?
This varies from country-to-country.
Generally, our customers will not have to pay duty on personal items less than $500
in value and in most countries hand-painted oils on canvas do not attract duty.
However, please check the Customs or the postal authorities in your country if you have any questions.
U.S. Customs imposes NO IMPORT DUTY on hand painted oil on canvas paintings.
The point of entry into the United States makes no difference nor does the state of final
destination.
